Insurance

Beginning in January of 2024, we will not be accepting insurance, and all evaluations will be self-pay.

If you have out-of-network benefits on your plan, we can help you to submit claims for your reimbursement.

The following services may be covered by your insurance, if you have out-of-network benefits:

• Intake and feedback sessions provided in person or through telehealth.
• Parent consultation.
• Psychological testing.
• Neuropsychological evaluation.
• Developmental evaluations of toddlers and young children.
• Follow-up sessions to evaluate progress and make recommendations.

The following services can be provided as needed but are not covered by insurance.  They can be billed at an hourly rate.  Services provided in other settings, such as at a school, may involve billable travel time.

• Classroom observation.
• Attendance at team meetings, mediation, or educational hearings, remotely or in person.
• Phone consultations of over 15 minutes.

Educational achievement testing in areas such as reading, math, and written language is not covered by insurance and is billed at a set rate of $1000.00 per evaluation.
